● Please ensure that the hole diameter of your existing weight plates is slightly greater than 25mm. 
● Returns/refunds will not be entertained if your existing weight plates are not compatible with our bar.
● The spin collar should be tighten just sufficiently such that it presses firmly against the weight plates. Over-tightening the spin collars may cause the rubber grip to collapse.
● Wear & tear of rubber grips will not be covered under warranty.
● Delivery is available up to your doorstep on the ground floor or with direct lift access only. If you need additional assistance (at an extra charge) to carry items up the staircase, please contact us in advance before the delivery.
● Warranty for Home: 1 year against structural breakage (excludes coating & rust). Wear & tear exclusion.
