We deliver directly to seafarers at their ship’s gangway within Singapore. All deliveries are subject to port security regulations, weather conditions, and vessel accessibility.

Delivery Times

  • Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delivery times are subject to vessel schedules and port authority clearance.

  • We aim to deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe, but unforeseen delays may occur due to maritime conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on vessel location.

  • Any additional fees imposed by port authorities will be communicated before delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once an order is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery details.

  • Updates on delivery status will be provided upon request.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.

  • The item is not 100% original or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Return Process​

  • Returns must be reported via our official communication channels

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the customer’s preference.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Replacements will be subject to stock availability and vessel accessibility.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by port restrictions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • All products are guaranteed to be authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

  • Custom or perishable goods may not be eligible for returns unless proven to be defective.
